• Counter Balance is owned by licensed brokers, if an agent brings an investment opportunity to us, Counter Balance will only look for a referral fee.  If Counter Balance contacts a listing broker regarding a listing; then Counter Balance will ask for normal commission splits for any accepted offer.

• Counter Balance understands the importance the broker plays in finding investments in the market place.

• Counter Balance will protect any pocket listings.
