Holly Trinidad is a third generation Commercial Real Estate Entrepreneur. Along with her husband, RD Trinidad, they own Hoff & Leigh Commercial Real Estate.
Holly began her commercial real estate brokerage career in the spring of 2007 and is one of the top commercial real estate brokers in Colorado Springs specializing in Landlord & Seller Representation.
Holly participates in approximately 50 transactions annually ranging from 1,000-100,000 SF. In 2014, Holly was directly involved or oversaw approximately $75 Million Dollars in transaction volume.
In 2012, with her husband RD, they launched their first investment fund, 8-9-10 Management, LLC. The fund is a cash-only structure specializing in repositioning assets for small tenants by making office building lease space modern, yet affordable.
