Mike Watt, Partner

           Mike has extensive experience with NNN Investments across the nation both as an investor                  and investor representative​.  He ensures that every client is well informed during every step of              the investment process.  His investment goals are typically very conservative with little risk and            no debt if possible.

 

Mike's hobbies include making stuff in his shop, tennis, golf, guns and dirt bikes.

RD Trinidad, Partner

RD has served as the President of Hoff & Leigh, a leading commercial real estate brokerage in Colorado Springs. During his tenure, Hoff & Leigh has maintained its position as a dominant brokerage in Colorado Springs, and the company has also opened thriving offices in Salt Lake City, Akron, OH, Albuquerque, Castle Rock, and Parker.

 

His local clients include Infinity Engineering Systems (Voted Best Company in Colorado 2008, 2009, and 2010), Five Guys Burgers and Fries (Voted the nation’s number 1 franchise in 2010), National Wheelchair Basketball Association, AspenPointe and many more. 

Holly Trinidad, Associate

Holly Trinidad is a third generation Commercial Real Estate Entrepreneur. Along with her husband, RD Trinidad, they own Hoff & Leigh Commercial Real Estate.

 

Holly began her commercial real estate brokerage career in the spring of 2007 and is one of the top commercial real estate brokers in Colorado Springs specializing in Landlord & Seller Representation.

 

Holly participates in approximately 50 transactions annually ranging from 1,000-100,000 SF. In 2014, Holly was directly involved or oversaw approximately $75 Million Dollars in transaction volume.

In 2012, with her husband RD, they launched their first investment fund, 8-9-10 Management, LLC. The fund is a cash-only structure specializing in repositioning assets for small tenants by making office building lease space modern, yet affordable.
